Jim Baldauf has extensive experience in engineering, with a focus on project management and system design within the pulp and paper industry and other sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Kadant Solutions since June 1986, Jim specializes in designing and maintaining control systems for machinery. Prior to this role, Jim held positions as a Project Engineer at Albany International, where development of a vision-based inspection system took place, and at AES Engineered Systems. Jim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University from 1982 to 1986.
