• Company Creation - We handle logistics, company registration, and legal compliance. 
• Quarterly Funding - Investors commit funds quarterly, ensuring consistent cash flow. 
• Kadel Labs - Our IT services arm manages all product development and technical execution, so founders can focus on leadership.
