Ray Lynch

Ray Lynch is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavioral health and advocacy for mental health awareness. Currently serving as Lead Treatment Specialist at St Vincent's Family Health Center and as a Behavioral Health Technician at Kadiant, Ray utilizes expertise as a Certified Behavioral Technician to support students in their educational and personal goals. As Acting CEO of Ray Lynch Enterprises LLC, established during the pandemic, Ray aims to use music as a platform to assist individuals struggling with mental health and ADHD, planning to launch the Carli Ray Lynch Foundation to support fathers in parenting and address early childhood development issues. With a diverse background in music and behavior support, including roles as a Recording Artist and Behavior Specialist, Ray is committed to helping those with learning disabilities and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health. Ray's educational foundation includes studies in Communications at Indiana State University and Marshall University.
