Sharon Fernandez

Sharon Fernandez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Lead Strategist at Kaeppel Consulting, LLC. Previously, Sharon held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Independence Pet Holdings, INC., and served as Insurance CEO and Corporate COO at Buckle. Notably, Sharon was President at both Farmers Business Insurance and Bristol West Insurance Group, in addition to serving as Executive Vice President of Operations at Farmers Insurance Group of Companies. Sharon also held significant roles at USAA as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Operations. Sharon is pursuing education at Texas A&M University and St. Mary's University.
