Rania Nomikou has extensive experience in human resources and business development, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Kafea Terra since March 2019. Previous positions include Digital Marketing & Business Development Assistant at Follow Me Now from December 2014 to March 2019, Research Development Executive at Amal Events from August 2015 to November 2017, and Administrative Assistant at Educational Institution ANELIXI from April 2011 to December 2014. Rania holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business (2020-2022) and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science and Technology from the same institution (2009-2014). Additionally, Rania completed a distance course on Successful Negotiation at the University of Michigan.
