Liza Lutsyk

Liza Lutsyk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and people operations. Currently serving as a Customer Care Manager and People Operations Manager at Kahoot! since July 2020, Liza has held various roles including Billing and Subscription Manager, as well as People Ops responsibilities for Poland. Prior to this, Liza worked at Uber from September 2016 to June 2020, where key positions included Quality Assurance and GDPR Team Lead and Customer Support Team Lead, focusing on team performance and operational excellence. Liza began a career in hospitality management and holds two Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Management from AGH University of Krakow, and in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from State University 'Lviv Polytechnics'.
