Molly Ridout

Molly Ridout has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In their current position as a Human Resources Manager at Kahua, they are responsible for managing various HR functions. Prior to that, Molly worked at ZVerse, Inc. as the Head of Organizational Development & Special Projects. In this role, they played a key part in scaling the workforce and implementing policies for the newly created Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) division. Molly also had experience as the Director of Organizational Development at TechniPower, Inc., where they focused on leadership development and coaching executives. Molly was previously the Director at the University of Alaska Anchorage's Center for Corporate and Professional Development, where they revitalized the program and designed marketing strategies. Molly also held roles at Alaska Communications, GCI Communication Corp., ATLA Assistive Technology, the University of Alaska Anchorage's Institute of Social and Economic Research, and Design Dey, where they provided services in areas such as revenue retention, technical writing, web design, and development.

Molly Ridout pursued their education starting in 1997, at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where they studied psychology until 1999. After a long break from their academic journey, Molly resumed their studies in 2022 at Louisiana State University. There, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in psychology, which is anticipated to be completed by 2024.
