Chris Burnham

Chris Burnham has held various roles in the lean strategy, continuous improvement, and operations fields since 2002. In 2006, they became an Agency Owner/Licensed Agent at State Farm. In 2011, they were a Regional Project Leader-Lean Six Sigma at XPO Logistics, Inc. In 2016, they became the Manager Operational Excellence - Memphis/Little Rock Market Unit at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Chris also began hosting and producing the Lean Leadership Podcast in 2015. In 2018, they became the Continuous Improvement Program Manager at Wright Medical. Most recently, they have been the Senior Director of Lean Strategy at KaiNexus since 2021.

Chris Burnham holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Western Carolina University. Chris also has a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Celestica, Inc.
