Anna Downing

Anna Downing is a seasoned Learning and Development Manager at Kairos Power since April 2024 and a Consultant at Upswing Consulting since July 2023. Anna is also a member of StartupExperts, an exclusive community for HR, Finance, and Ops leaders in Series A or later companies. Previously, Anna served as a Human Resources Consultant for Clif Bar & Company and as Manager of HRBP and People Operations at Parallel Domain, where responsibilities included coaching executives and designing a people strategy focused on employee experience and culture. Anna’s extensive tenure at Brilliant Ink included roles as People Business Partner Lead and People & Operations Business Partner, effectively managing the full employee lifecycle and driving operational strategy. Early career experiences include positions at Shorenstein Realty Services and Wells Fargo. Anna earned a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
