Francesco Carotti is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in reactor coolant auxiliary systems and chemistry control. Currently serving as Senior Manager at Kairos Power since April 2019, Francesco leads design teams focused on inventory and chemistry control systems, inert gas systems, and tritium management, while also overseeing molten Flibe salt chemistry monitoring for the FHR plant. Prior roles at Kairos Power include Manager of Chemistry Control Systems, Lead Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Engineer in Salt Chemistry.
