Nader Satvat

Nader Satvat possesses extensive experience in nuclear engineering, currently serving as Director of Nuclear Design and Methods at Kairos Power since August 2018, having progressively advanced through various managerial roles within the company. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and a Visiting Assistant Professor at Purdue University, where contributions to research included innovative neutron transport methods and modeling for accident analysis. Nader's teaching portfolio encompasses a range of nuclear engineering courses at Purdue University. Earlier roles involved postdoctoral research at the University of Utah, focusing on reactor operations and safety analysis. Nader holds a Ph.D., Master of Science, and Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University.
