Fam Mirza is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in founding and guiding innovative companies. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Pepti, a biotech firm dedicated to health optimization through pharmaceutical-grade peptides, Fam also leads Mirza Minds, a creative incubator focused on culturally relevant, impact-driven products. Additionally, Fam founded Focus Institute to empower the next generation with tools for clarity and intentional leadership. As an Executive Mentor at the Kairos Society, Fam supports emerging entrepreneurs in addressing global challenges. Previous roles include Director of Brand Marketing at The Beard Club, where significant growth was achieved, and founding 1:Face, a social enterprise that linked consumerism with global causes. Fam holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from DePaul University and an MBA from Y Combinator.
