Prior to this, they completed a Master of Science in Management (MSM) with a focus on Industrial Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1991. Jefferey began their educational journey by receiving a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, where they studied from 1984 to 1989.
