Chirag Jhatakia

Chirag Jhatakia is an experienced pharmacy operations manager currently serving at Kaiser Permanente since April 2015, where roles have included Outpatient Pharmacy Operations Manager, Interim Outpatient Pharmacy Director, and Outpatient Pharmacy Manager at the San Mateo Pharmacy. Prior to this, Chirag worked as a Lead Outpatient Pharmacist, implementing ePIMS and training pharmacy personnel, and as an Outpatient Pharmacist, focusing on prescription fulfillment, consultations, and medication management.
