Daryn Stier

Daryn Stier is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as an Employee Assistance National Consultant at Kaiser Permanente since October 2021, providing therapy and coaching to employees and their families while analyzing departmental needs. Daryn has a longstanding role as Facilitator and Educator with the Anti-Defamation League since 2003, leading training sessions on diversity and cross-cultural awareness. As the owner of Daryn M. Stier, LCSW since 1989, Daryn specializes in individual and group psychotherapy using various therapeutic modalities. Previous experience includes roles at Foresight Mental Health, the University of California, San Francisco, John Muir Medical Center, and Kaiser Permanente in earlier capacities. Daryn holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Creative Writing from Oberlin College.
