Shaunta Vaughn

Shaunta Vaughn, MBA, is an accomplished senior finance leader with extensive experience in revenue cycle services within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and Market Leader for Revenue Cycle Services at Kaiser Permanente since December 2012, Shaunta has held multiple director-level roles overseeing substantial patient service revenues, operational functions, and revenue management strategies across various regions, including Southern California, Hawaii, and the Mid-Atlantic states. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Shaunta was Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Enhancement at Grady Health System and Chief Administrative Officer at Perot Systems Revenue Cycle Solutions, where strategic leadership and operational improvements were key focuses. Shaunta holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Capella University.
