Terry Wood

Terry Wood serves as the Senior Vice President of Facilities Design and Construction at Kaiser Permanente, managing a national real estate portfolio valued at $25 billion and encompassing approximately 70 million square feet since August 2015. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President for both Global Real Estate and GRE Americas Portfolio & Service Delivery at Hewlett Packard, where responsibilities included overseeing extensive property portfolios and large budgets. Terry Wood has also held leadership roles at JDSU, directing workplace solutions and facility management, and served on the Board of Directors for CoreNet Global. Additionally, Terry Wood has a military background as a Lieutenant-Colonel in Military Engineering, along with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Royal Military College of Canada and further education from Cranfield University.
