Thalia Dewolf

Thalia DeWolf is a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Sonoma State University and additional educational credentials from San Francisco State University. Thalia currently serves as a Staff Nurse II in Palliative Care at Kaiser Permanente since July 2023. Thalia's extensive experience includes various roles such as Hospice Nurse and RN Clinical Practice Manager/Case Manager, focusing on end-of-life care, case management, and patient advocacy in multiple healthcare settings.
