Areti Lykou

Areti Lykou, Assoc. CIPD, currently serves as an HR Business Partner in the Technology department at Kaizen Gaming since April 2023. Prior to this role, Areti worked as a People Partner at efood, responsible for HR business partnering across various departments, including organizational design, talent acquisition, and employee engagement. Areti also held positions at EY as a Senior Consultant in People Advisory Services, where responsibilities included HR policy design and learning program implementation, and at KPMG Greece as an HR Advisor focusing on performance management and organizational development. Earlier experience includes an HR Administrator role at DIAS Interbanking Systems SA and an internship at the Center of Social Policy. Areti holds an M.Sc. in Human Resources and Organisations from The London School of Economics and a B.Sc. in Psychology from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
