George Filtsos

George Filtsos is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in enhancing employee experience and advancing talent management strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience at Kaizen Gaming since January 2020, George leads a team of eight to improve engagement and retention for a global workforce of 3,000 across 17 countries. Previous roles at Kaizen Gaming include Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed governance frameworks, learning and development initiatives, and scaling technology divisions. Prior to Kaizen Gaming, George held various HR positions at Vodafone, including HR Business Partner and Global Learning & Development Lead, contributing to significant projects such as the Cross-Functional Academy and the Global Graduate L&D Plan. Earlier career experiences include roles at NatWest and King of Shaves. George holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Humanities and Business Administration from the University of Macedonia.
