Jos Quintana-Arroyo is a seasoned data scientist with a strong background in mathematics and education. Currently serving as Lead Data Scientist at Kaizen Reporting since September 2020, Jos previously held the position of Data Scientist at Vendigital and worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at EmpathyBroker eCommerce Site Search & Navigation. Jos has extensive experience in the education sector, including roles as a Mathematics Teacher and staff governor at East London Alternative Provision, where implementation of action plans for students with diverse needs and development of monitoring software were key responsibilities. Jos's academic credentials encompass multiple degrees in mathematics, economics, and chemical engineering from institutions including the University of London and Universidad de Murcia.
