Shruti Solanki has extensive experience in client management and operations, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Kaizen since October 2020, where responsibilities include oversight of the surveillance and research management sector and senior revenue operations. Prior roles include account management at Bloomberg LP and Head of Client Experience at RegTek.Solutions, specializing in client onboarding, relationship building, and operational process improvements. Shruti also held positions at GFT Group and Markit, contributing to business development, client retention strategies, and establishing operational models for client services. Shruti holds a degree in Mathematical Science from City, University of London.
