Wonchul Park

Wonchul Park is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of HRBP at Kakao Corp since July 2016, Wonchul Park leads a team of HR Business Partners to align people strategies with corporate vision, focusing on talent management, leadership development, and change management for 3,800 employees. Previously, Wonchul Park held leadership roles in People Operations and People Insights, overseeing data-driven HR initiatives and analytics. Before joining Kakao, Wonchul Park was an HR Manager at AhnLab, contributing to talent management and organizational development, and co-founded several HR-related ventures. Wonchul Park holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Korea University and continues education at Chung-Ang University.
