Mark Jackson

Mark Jackson is a seasoned professional musician and educator with extensive experience in various aspects of the music industry. As a freelance musician since 1986, Mark has excelled in creating jingles, background vocals, solo performances, and songwriting. Currently, Mark serves as the Artistic Director of America's Music Company, where the mission is to celebrate and connect communities through American music. Additionally, Mark is the Voice Department Head at Triumph Music Academy and has taught vocal techniques at Kalamazoo College and previously at Grand Rapids Community College, enhancing students' capabilities in various vocal styles. Mark has contributed significantly to several organizations, notably increasing funding and membership during tenure at The Vocal Music Workshop. With a rich educational background including a Master's degree in Jazz Performance from Western Michigan University, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for music and education.
