Nishant Ghuge

Nishant Ghuge has three years of work experience in the field of engineering and business. In 2020, they joined Kale Logistics Solutions as a Business Analyst and Management Trainee Program. In 2019, they worked with Xpress Minds as a Business Development Associate, where they conducted India's largest knowledge acceleration programme 'Mind Wars' in association with Zee Entertainment. Nishant also visited potential schools in Pune and Akola for deeper market penetration and pitched to Principals and Directors. In 2016, they worked with Rohan Builders as a Junior Engineer, where they carried out ground level survey for excavation for the foundation of the building, inspected the laying of brickwork, waterproofing, and plastering according to the checklist, and learned about the waterproofing techniques, inner and outer plastering of walls.

Nishant Ghuge has a diverse educational background. Nishant attended Noel English High School from 2002 to 2011. Nishant then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2013 to 2017. In 2019, they completed an International Immersion Programme at SDA Bocconi in Service Operations and International Business. Nishant then obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Business Analysis Fundamentals from Udemy in May 2020, Certified Business Analytics Practitioner from Henry Harvin Education in April 2019, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from KPMG India in March 2019.
