Swati Sinha has five years of work experience in the IT industry. In 2016, they were a Technical Support Engineer at (blackstratus) mehansh software solutions, where their roles and responsibilities included integration of application server, IDS/IPS, network devices with SIEM Storm, SIEM Implementation and Management (device integration), and reviewing open issues on a daily basis. In 2018, they were a QA/QC at MRCC. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Kale Logistics Solutions as a Software Engineer, where their roles and responsibilities included Team Lead work experience, Testing coordinator for Test Plan, Test Cases and for prioritizing testing activities, Writing test cases, Executing TC, Raising Defects, and handling queries of client and Dev. Currently, they are a Business Analyst at Kale Logistics Solutions.

Swati Sinha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Information Technology from SITG in 2015. swati also completed their M.Tech. in It System and Network Security from GTUPGSCHOOL in 2015. In addition, they obtained a certification in Network Forensic Logs Analysis from C-DAC ACTS - Pune in March 2014.
