Kaleidoscope is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities so that they can construct a colorful experience in their life journey – one filled with compassion, commitment, and connections within their communities. We provide home and community based services that assist individuals with disabilities in their everyday lives. We are a provider of services in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Massachusetts! As part of our mission, we celebrate each individual’s differences and understand that everyone is unique in their own way. We take the time to meet with and get to know each and every individual and family we serve and help them understand the services provided. We pride ourselves on finding the best support professional to understand each individual’s preferences so that we can provide the most effective service. Part of that process is understanding what works and what doesn’t as well as asking if there are any specific needs with regards to interests, special abilities, or expertise that our staff may need to have in order to provide excellent service. The focus of our services is to open the doors for the individual into the community.
