Nicholas Bailey, P.E. is an accomplished engineer specializing in biomedical and medical engineering with a robust background in product development and design. Since October 2020, Nicholas has served as a Staff Design Engineer at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design, having previously held the role of Senior Design Engineer. Prior to this, Nicholas contributed as Engineer II in Product Development at Enable Injections, Inc., focusing on clinical trials and design verification. Nicholas's experience includes leading technical initiatives in research and development at Eccrine Systems, Inc. and collaborating on medical device designs at Zimmer Biomet and Biomet. Additionally, Nicholas has engaged in coaching lacrosse at Elder High School and holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
