Rachael S. Clark, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Lead Design Researcher at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design, focusing on user experience and usability research while aligning methodologies with stakeholder objectives. With a strong background in mixed methods and qualitative research, Rachael has previously contributed as a UX Researcher for Meta Reality Labs, designed community-based research at Northern Kentucky University, and collaborated on health assessments with the University of Delaware. Rachael earned a PhD in Educational Studies with a concentration in Quantitative and Mixed Methods Research Methodologies from the University of Cincinnati, and holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Eastern Kentucky University.
