Previous roles include Responsable RH et paie at BIT Group France from April 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities encompassed creating the HR department, supporting management, legal compliance, payroll administration, and team building. Aurore also worked at Accenture as HR Business Partner, focusing on talent management and performance evaluation for 350 collaborators. Additional experience includes HR management at Mikros Image and recruitment consulting at Walters People. Aurore holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from OMNES Education and a DUT in Commercial Techniques from IUT Cergy Saint-Christophe.
