Julia Siemer is a professional with extensive experience in customer care and project management, currently serving as Team Lead Customer Care Backoffice at KALKHOFF BIKES since October 2019, where responsibilities include acting as Product Owner for SAP and HubSpot in the Sales & Service area. Previous roles include Customer Care Management Assistant and Business Development Working Student at Fitz & Huxley GmbH, alongside internships in Business Development & Strategy. Julia’s career began with an Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau at PHW-Gruppe / LOHMANN & CO. AG, complemented by an import and export internship at DROBIMEX Sp. z o.o. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Betriebswirtschaft und Management from Private Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik and a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from Hochschule Osnabrück, with an international semester completed at Universidad del Norte.

Not to mention the development of pioneering shiftsensor technology for really smooth gear changes and less stress on materials.
