Annaleena Kumlin currently serves as the Head of Legal Europe and Global Services at Kalmar since March 2023. Prior to this role, Annaleena held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Cerner Corporation starting in February 2020. From February 2016 to February 2020, Annaleena was the General Counsel for Eastern Growth Markets and global Structured Projects at GE Healthcare, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating complex project agreements. Annaleena's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Fennovoima, where legal support was provided for a greenfield nuclear power plant project, and holding various legal roles at GE Healthcare focused on EMEA sales and compliance. Additional experience includes working as Legal Counsel at Instrumentarium and as an Associate Attorney at Krogerus & Pirilä Attorneys at Law. Annaleena began a legal career as a Notary at the District Court of Kauhava. Annaleena holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Turku and has a background in performing arts from relevant high schools.
