Mika Seppä is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automation and project management, currently serving as the Head of Automation Operations PMO at Kalmar since November 2012. In this role, Mika oversees global automation and robotics projects, leading the project management organization and ensuring profitability from sales to final acceptance. Significant achievements include leading the largest automation and robotics delivery in Kalmar's history at the Port of Los Angeles. Previous positions at Kalmar include leadership roles in strategic projects, customer and project services, and project direction. Prior to Kalmar, Mika held project management roles at Cargotec Corporation and Metso Minerals, focusing on large-scale equipment deliveries and market analysis. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Industrial Business and Management from Tampere University of Technology.
