Gavin Mense is currently gaining practical experience as a Help Desk Technician Intern at Kalmer Solutions since February 2023. Prior to this role, Gavin served as a Sales Floor Team Member at Academy Sports + Outdoors from August 2021 to August 2022 and contributed as a tutor for AmeriCorps at the Boys & Girls Club from September 2020 to June 2021. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Business Analytics at Arkansas State University, expected to graduate in May 2025, Gavin combines academic knowledge with hands-on experience in customer service and technology support.
