Denis Scherrer

Denis Scherrer (56) has 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations. He began his career in the auditing sector and later transitioned to the semiconductor industry, working for Mentor Graphics (EDA) a Nasdaq listed company and a semiconductor start-up called Memscap. During this time, Denis played a key role in several M&A transactions and an IPO, raising over 100M$.

Denis has also worked for multinational companies such as Sodexo (Euronext Paris CAC 40) in the United States, Australia, and Singapore. He has extensive experience leading ERP implementation projects and has streamlined financial processes and improved operational efficiency in multiple organizations. Denis has managed international finance teams and navigated complex international tax and regulatory environments.

Before joining Kalray, Denis served as CFO of a subsidiary of Soitec listed on Euronext Paris SBF 120, Dolphin Design, which provides Semiconductor IP, ASIC / SoC design & supply services and was undergoing restructuring. As head of all financial operations (financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations), the subsidiary experienced significant growth under his leadership.
