Dan King

Dan King currently serves as an Associate Scientist and Research Brewer at Kalsec Inc., a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dan was the Head Brewer at Paw Paw Brewing Co. from April 2016 to January 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing brewing operations, maintaining product quality, and developing standard operating procedures for brewhouse and cellar operations.
