Hilel Z.

Hilel Z. is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and project management. Currently serving as Help Desk Team Lead at Kaltura since December 2017, Hilel successfully led the transition to a hybrid work model, managing the installation of over 300 workstations and overseeing a major office relocation. Prior to this, Hilel worked at OpteamX LTD as Technical Support and Sales from May 2016 to November 2017, where consultation with R&D clients focused on optimal camera systems and support throughout the sales cycle. Hilel began a career in technology as an Electronic Engineer and Programmer with the Israel Defense Forces from January 2015 to February 2016, specializing in strategic consulting and application development. Hilel holds a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México, obtained from 2009 to 2012.
