Monique Bourquin

Monique Bourquin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Board Member and head of the compensation committee at both Lindt & Sprüngli and Swisscom, Monique has also been a Non Executive Board Member at Emmi Gruppe, Kambly SA, Rivella Group, and W. Kündig & Cie AG. In addition, Monique is the President of Promarca, the Swiss association for branded goods, and a member of the Board of Trustees at Swisscontact worldwide. Monique previously held the position of Non Executive Board Member and head of the audit committee at Weleda AG. With a robust academic background in finance from the University of St. Gallen, Monique has also contributed as a lecturer for the executive MAS program at ETH Zürich.
