Kandelium
Kandelium leads the field in barium carbonate, strontium carbonate and sodium percarbonate compounds. We hold a strong leading position in markets around the globe, and we are optimally positioned to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Kandelium’s barium carbonate (BaCO3), strontium carbonate (SrCO3) and strontium nitrate play a significant part in a wide range of applications. They are important raw materials for products as varied as magnets, glasses, displays, bricks and tiles, ceramics and electronic components. Additionally, they occupy a key role in both water treatment and the production of metals, chlorides, nitrates, oxides, and more. Kandelium’s high-quality sodium percarbonate is an essential ingredient in a large variety of products and applications. It provides a stable, sustainable and easy-to-use source of alkaline hydrogen peroxide – for bleaching, cleaning and disinfecting products as well as detergents, personal care products and water treatment solutions. Our sodium percarbonate can even be used as an oxygen source in medical emergencies, or in fish and shrimp farming. And because sodium percarbonate decomposes into water, oxygen, sodium and carbonate ions, it is friendly to the environment.
