The Kane County Department of Employment & Education (KCDEE) receives federal funding from the Workforce Investment Act and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to administer workforce development services in Kane, DeKalb, and Kendall Counties in Illinois. KCDEE provides services and resources for eligible adults, dislocated workers, and youth in support of developing a world-class talent pool for area businesses.
