Brad Dixon has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Brad began their career in 1994 as a Production Manager at Johnson Controls and later worked at Grainger as a Process Manager and SAP Implementation Manager. In 2003, they joined Walgreens as an Inbound/Outbound Manager before joining First Quality Enterprises as a Distribution Center General Manager. From 2010 to 2015, they served as a Regional General Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. Brad then worked at Weber Logistics and Port Logistics Group as a Distribution Center General Manager. In 2018, they joined A.P. Moller - Maersk as the Head of Facility (Director of Operations) before transitioning to ID Logistics US as a General Manager, and later becoming the Director of Operations.
Brad Dixon attended MidAmerica Nazarene University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
