Nar Almeida has over 18 years of experience in various leadership roles in the TPA (Third-Party Administrator) industry. They started their career as Vice President of Operations at Old Mutual Financial Network, where they successfully implemented a new product line and oversaw the transformation of the organization. They then moved on to Perot Systems as Senior Vice President of Variable Sales, where they led a $10M initiative to establish a new TPA service line for variable and mixed block carriers. Later, at Consecta, they served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Sales, leading the expansion and rebranding of the TPA business to diversify revenue and client base. Currently, at Kane Solutions, Nar Almeida is the Group Managing Director of Sales and Marketing and Deputy CEO, where they are responsible for leading an international TPA model, expanding into new markets, and developing new service lines.
From 1996 to 2000, Nar Almeida attended the University of New Haven, majoring in International Marketing. In 2000, Almeida earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from the same university.
