Prior experience includes a ten-year role in marketing and logistics management at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, focusing on marketing strategy and sales targets, and positions in operations and sales at United Marine Agencies (Pvt.) Ltd, along with an office assistant role at Orient Overseas Container Line. Kashif holds a Bachelor's degree from Bahauddin Zakaria University in Multan, Pakistan, and completed secondary education at Federal High School in Pakistan.
