Bill Johnson is a retired utility executive with an extensive career at the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU), serving from February 1980 until retirement in January 2025. Throughout the tenure, Bill held various leadership roles, including Manager of Electric Operations & Technology and General Manager. Bill is an alumnus of Ottawa University.
