Bruce Fink, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer for the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System, a position held since September 2022, after previously holding the role of Deputy Chief Investment Officer for Public Markets at the same organization from 2013 to 2022. Fink has extensive investment management experience, including positions as Director of Investments at Saint Mary's College, where strategic implementation for an endowment was achieved, and Director of Investments at Hufford Financial Advisors. Fink’s earlier career includes serving as Chief Investment Officer for the Indiana Public Employees Retirement Fund and Pension Fund Manager for the City of Cincinnati Retirement System. Fink's foundational experience in finance began as Assistant Treasurer and Investment Officer for the City of Orlando. Education includes a Master's in Applied Economics from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from The University of Akron.
