Erica Williams

Erica Williams is an experienced professional in global business development and consumer insights, currently serving as the Director of Global Business Development at Kantar since April 2020. Previously, Erica held multiple roles at Kantar Worldpanel from 2011 to March 2020, including Business Development & Consumer Insights Director and Consumer Insights Director. Prior to Kantar, Erica worked as an Account Executive at Toluna and as a Product and Services Co-Ordinator at The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders in 2010. Erica holds a degree in International Economics and Management from the University of Leeds and has further education from City University of Hong Kong.
