Jon Heinert

Jon Heinert is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Vice President of Technology, Delivery & Security Operations at Kaplan since October 2020. Prior roles at Kaplan include Executive Director of Technology, Data & Analytics and Director of Information Technology, where Jon led departmental policies, strategic initiatives, and project management efforts. With a background in managing project portfolios and driving technology performance, Jon has a rich history of leadership roles, including positions as Director of PMO and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes product management at SPSS Inc. and project management roles at Kingland Systems Corporation and OnLine Claims, Inc. Jon holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Purdue University Global and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Montana State University Billings.
