Karen Ross

Karen Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, employment law, and organizational leadership. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Kaplan Educational Foundation since October 2012, Ross has contributed to initiatives aimed at supporting underserved students. Previously, Ross held significant roles as Executive Director and Senior Counsel for human resources consulting, managing sensitive employment law issues across North America. With a background that includes leadership positions at various organizations such as Dress for Success Worldwide and Kaplan, Inc., Ross has demonstrated expertise in crisis management, talent acquisition, and employment relations. Ross earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University at Buffalo.
