Samantha Fox

Samantha Fox, MS, currently serves as Client Success Associate Manager and previously as Customer Engagement Specialist at Kaplan since September 2023. Concurrently, Samantha is Program & Student Services Advisor at Rowan University since October 2022. Prior experience includes an Academic Advisor II role at the University of Central Florida from May 2019 to August 2022, where Samantha managed a portfolio of 140 students and significantly increased online appointments. Other roles at the University of Central Florida encompass Admissions Officer at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management and positions as Team Lead and Marketing Director, where Samantha notably enhanced event attendance and team engagement. Earlier professional experience includes a Greeter internship at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and a Development Intern position at Grace Medical Home.
