Matthias Kapp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and management sectors. Since January 2018, Matthias serves as the managing director at KAPP NILES, where responsibilities also include heading communication, marketing, and product management, alongside assisting the management board. Prior to this role, Matthias was with DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT from April 2013 to September 2017, holding positions in central development coordination and as a management trainee. Matthias holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Maschinenbau from the Technical University of Munich, obtained between 2006 and 2013.
